Mr Allen, was kind enough, to leave us this fantastic review, after using our estate agency service for the sale of his property in Plumstead.

"Luke Scott is the best estate agent i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I don't expect to be moving again now, but if i did I'd want Luke every time. For this transaction he had to do the work of two other estate agents in the chain, not only following up on my sale, but also the chain below as they had sold via Purple Bricks and had zero sales progression.

When things began to fall apart and it seemed like the chain could collapse, Luke pushed hard to get everything over the line, with countless chase emails to solicitors and constant communication with us to let us know the position. He went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through, chasing non-responsive solicitors from early in the morning before even getting into the office!

He is also very knowledgeable about the sales process, and is therefore in a good position to set expectations on timescales, dealing with solicitors and other general moving advice.

I'm so grateful that we were able to have him working with us this time, and know that his level of service and professionalism will serve many other vendors well.

Government caps ground rents in ‘game-changing shake up of leasehold system.'

The government has announced plans to reform the leasehold system in England and Wales, with millions of leaseholders expected to be affected. Under the proposals, ground rents would be capped at £250 a year before reducing to a peppercorn rate after 40 years.
