Beaumont Gibbs are over the moon to have been able to help Nicholas & Rosie buy their very first home together.

They are so excited to have had the keys given to them. They have moved into Admaston Road, Plumstead, which is also the same road that Rosie’s mum lives in (very handy eh).

They are planning on doing some cosmetic redecoration works inside initially, but nothing too strenuous.

Meanwhile the previous owner was also very happy to have got the sale through, having had the house as a Buy to Let for over 10 years.

Welcome to the neighbourhood Nicholas & Rosie

May is a key month for sellers, but more homes are competing for attention. If you are thinking of moving this spring, here is how the current market is shaping buyer behaviour and what helps a home stand out.
