BEAUMONT GIBBS HAVE YET ANOTHER 5 STAR GOOGLE REVIEW FROM A VERY HAPPY SELLER.

Sometimes we have to give ourselves a pat on the back and say that we did a great job. This house was not an easy one to photograph, as there was a LOT of possessions in the property. Luke, with the help of some of his team, advised the owner to de-clutter the house as best they can, staged each room for photos, lifting furniture in and out of rooms, so that each room could be photographed so buyers could see what the room does look like without lots of possessions in it.

We and the owners worked together as a team to make sure the house was looking it's best, to attract a buyer for it. That is exactly what happened. We then worked very closely with both buyer and seller to get the deal through to completion.

Selling property is not easy and there are lots of hurdles to overcome and obstacles that can get in the way, but with the right skilled people, Beaumont Gibbs have a very high success rate of getting your sale through.
