Beaumont Gibbs, Update for clients, 24/03/2020

Dear All,

This email is mainly aimed towards our existing clients who are buying and selling, but we are happy to help discuss any property related matters with anyone, should you want to have a chat with us.

In light of recent events we are sure you are all wondering where you stand in regards to your obligations on your property purchase/sale. It is fair to say that none of us have ever experienced anything like this and the guidance we are receiving from property experts in regards to how we conduct business has been ever changing and vague to say the least. We are writing to you to inform you that we will be with you every step of the way and will see the journey through with you to completion, whenever this may be..

Naturally there will be delays and unless you have already exchanged contracts, completions are most likely to be postponed until further notice, nevertheless we can still do everything we can to ensure that when business resumes, you are in the best position to exchange contracts and complete as quickly as possible.

We believe that if contracts can be exchanged and completed simultaneously in the next week or so, then the deals MAY still go through, but of course please take your solicitors advice on this.

Please note that this email to you is in light on the information we have received as of Tuesday 24th March and may be subject to change over the next few days/weeks.

We appreciate your patience at this difficult time. Property sales/purchases can be taxing at the best of times so we understand what you must be going through, but rest assured we will do everything we can to work with you and ensure your transaction is seen through to completion as quickly as possible. If we all work together we will ensure these properties complete quickly, efficiently and with minimum disruption.

Again I would like to thank you all for persevering with us and hopefully we will all be out of this predicament soon.

If you have any further questions or queries on your case specifically or would like further information on what you can do remotely to move your sale along please contact your sales negotiator Luke luke@beaumontgibbs.com or Paul paul@beaumontgibbs.com.
