The Chancellor today announced that the government with offer a government guaranteed 95% mortgage loans.

The Chancellor today announced that the government with offer a government guaranteed 95% mortgage loans for First Time Buyers. These will be available from April, with names such as Virgin Money being one of the lenders that chancellor Rishi Sunak has stated will take part in this scheme.

These loans will be available up to the value of £600,000.
