Hello there, my name is David Gibbs from Beaumont Gibbs Estate Agents.

Hello there, my name is David Gibbs! I hope to be sending you some informative content relating to all things about things property related.

Hello there, my name is David Gibbs!

The reason why you are getting this email is because you have recently carried out an online valuation for your home or investment purchase.

Rest assured you will not be bombarded by calls from me or my team, but we would like to send you out by email some (hopefully) interesting and informative blogs and video content about all subjects pertaining to property, be it selling your home for the first time and what to do, right through to advice on how to best deal with tenants who are not paying your rent.

Going back to the valuation figures you would have received, I just wanted to explain that these are calculated using algorithms, Land Registry pricing and percentage increases and decreases in property prices according to data taken by numerous sources.

It does not however take into account the finer details of each individual property, like an extension, or a particularly nice positioning on the road, condition etc etc, so if you are at a point in your journey where you are looking to sell your property in the next 3 months, I would strongly suggest that you get a good local independent estate agent out to value it, as they will know the market and town you are in like the back of their hands, so there is no one better to provide you with accurate advice.

If you are at the beginning of your property journey and are maybe 12 to 18 months away from selling, I would like to think that we will have some nuggets of information for you that will help guide you along the way.

Bye for now

David
