Updated guidance relating to latest rental possession action process

Guidance for landlords and tenants in the private and social rented sectors to explain the possession action process in the county courts in England and Wales has been updated.

The latest advice reflects the fact that the legislative need to self-isolate due to Covid-19 has been removed.

You will no longer be legally required to self-isolate if you test positive for Covid-19. New guidance advises people who test positive to stay at home and avoid contact with other people.

You will no longer be legally required to self-isolate if you are an unvaccinated close contact, and will no longer be advised to test for seven days if you are a fully vaccinated close contact.

Hell it's David Gibbs from Beaumont Gibbs here. I just wanted to shout to the rooftops about yet another 5 star review we have just received from my employee Paul Allen. Paul has been in the business well over 30 years and builds fantastic rapport with his clients.

Would give more stars if I could. The buying process for our flat was full of complications and lengthy delays, due to conveyancing issues, which caused a great deal of stress. However, Luke Scott at Beaumont Gibbs was the one constant that kept us going and ultimately made sure the sale was finalised. CLICK BELOW TO READ THE FULL REVIEW.
