What? Christmas Carol Concerts
Where? Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich
When? Saturday 14th December and Tuesday 17th December, 7pm
The Old Royal Naval College’s Chapel Christmas Concerts will be providing audiences with the opportunity to hear their favourite carols, including Handel’s Messiah, sung by the Chapel Choir in the atmospheric Chapel of St Paul and St Peter. As well as a beautiful traditional carol service for the Greenwich and Bexley Heath Hospice Service, the Brooke Carol Concert also returns this year to raise money for the international animal welfare charity, The Brooke.

What? A Christmas Carol
Where? Greenwich Theatre Studio, Crooms Hill, London
When? Monday 23rd December
Audiences will be thrilled to experience A Christmas Carol as Dickens himself performed it over 150 years ago. He was the first writer to publicly act out his own work and, in doing so, invented a new genre of performance. Working with the script Dickens used, actor John O’Connor plays over 20 characters, skillfully drawing the audience into this Victorian ghost story about the power of compassion and generosity to transform lives.
What? Choir School Christmas Concert

Get that festive feeling listening to the fabulous all-age Choir School of Sidcup. They’re promising a fun mix of traditional carols and popular Christmas songs you’ll be aching to join in with. Includes festive refreshments (mulled wine/juice and a mince pie). This event is popular, so book well in advance to avoid disappointment. The concert starts at 7pm (doors open 6.30pm) tickets cost £12 for adults and £8 for children.
